Shay’s Story.

Shay’s passion for caring began at home, helping her grandmother and supporting her mother through the challenges of rheumatoid arthritis. By 16, she was already working with seniors in adult day care. Today, she brings over 20 years of experience as a certified nursing assistant and three years as a licensed massage therapist to every visit.

A mother of three and a caregiver at heart, Shay’s mission is to “massage with intent”—offering thoughtful, personalized care that helps you unwind, feel supported, and find a little peace in your day.
